96 different tattvas are recognized by the Shaiva Siddhanta tradition.
Some of these Tattvas are found in the 3 first spiritual states: |
25 tattvas in the eyebrow center – Jagra, the Waking State (associated with the gross body). |
14 tattvas in throat center – Swapna, the Dream State (associated with the subtle body). |
18 tattvas in Heart Center – Sushupti, Deep Sleep state (associated with the causal body). |
